Fortnite x Naruto is now official: skin release date confirmed

Fortnite x Naruto: confirmed date of the new skin

At around 11:00 p.m. CET on Wednesday, November 10, Epic Games announced on the different Fortnite accounts on social networks such as Twitter the arrival of Naruto to the game: it will be on November 16 . Likewise, it has been confirmed that characters such as Sakura , Sasuke and Kakashi will arrive on the occasion of this new collaboration.

Naruto is currently not in the game’s filesystem ; It will be added to it with patch 18.40 , the last of Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 8, which will also arrive on 11/16/2021. Fortnite Star Wars Boba Fett is coming in December.

In the documents that were leaked from the Apple and Epic Games trial there were several suggestions by the Fortnite team of possible intellectual properties and franchises with which to collaborate in the game , including the character Naruto Uzumaki from Naruto Shippuden .

Several of the images of the tweets inserted above (and that, as we say, were extracted as is from the Epic and Apple trial documents) represent characters that throughout these months did reach Fortnite , such as Kratos from God of War, Halo Master Chief , or artists Ariana Grande and J Balvin . It is for this reason that the arrival of Naruto to Fortnite Battle Royale does not catch us “by surprise”.
